Teaching Practice

Peer Teaching & Mentoring
Over the course of the last two years, I took part in two separate post primary placements over this time I have engaged with peer teaching and artist mentoring. Collaboration in teaching and learnin is important as you learn form your peers. Through both my placements I have observed two host art teachers, observed their different approaches and pedaggies and adapted my teaching style to compliment them

Reflection

Overall the planning for this experience was helpful, however we only got to deliver 3 of the lessons before coif struck which was unfortunate. Improved communication and team work skills as I had to work in a pair. Got to bounce ideas off each other and be inspired.
